3 Day Worry-Free Exchange
Under the 3 Day Worry-Free Exchange, a
customer is guaranteed an exchange provided that: (1) the Hyundai vehicle is returned to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased or leased within three (3) business days from the date of purchase (with the three-day period being extended by one day if the final day of the three-day period falls on a day when the dealership is closed); (2) the customer returns the vehicle in "like new" condition (e.g., the entire automobile has not been in an accident and is free from dents, scratches, tears, breaks, cracks, stains, etc.) ; and (3) the customer has driven the vehicle less than 300 miles from the date of purchase.
Q: Can I really exchange the new vehicle I just purchased if I change my
mind?
A: Yes, as long as it's within three days of
purchasing. No strings attached.
Q: I'm not sure which vehicle to test drive. Will you deliver more
than one?
A: Yes, we can do that. We will deliver one vehicle at a
time, however. If you're interested in more than one car or SUV, simply set up
different Flexible Test Drive appointments.
